Our Story

Mike Hopkins, owner & CEO of DEVsource Technology Solutions started DEVsource in 2001 to serve businesses but began to realize there was a need in the community for honest, reliable technology repair for home users as well. In 2015, Fox Ridge Computers was born, which gets its name from Fox Ridge, where part of Mike’s family (The Foxes) lived until Land Between the Lakes was formed. Mike is proud of his deep roots and of his community and that his wife, Effie, works in the Fox Ridge Computers office, along with their team members, earning a consistent 5-star rating from their customers.

How Long Will The Repair Take?

If our technicians are immediately available to work on your repair, a simple iPhone screen or battery replacement is usually completed in 45 minutes to an hour. Data recovery on a PC though, for example, could take much longer. Give us a call anytime 8-5 Monday – Friday so we can let you know the best time to drop by. Our technicians always follow up with a phone call after the initial diagnosis to inform you about what issue was found and what it will take to correct it.

Does your work come with a warranty?

Yes, our technicians’ work is covered by a 90-Day warranty! If anything related to our original repair fails, just return to Fox Ridge Computers and we will take care of it at no extra charge.

What if it can’t be fixed?

We have a “We Fix It Or It’s FREE” guarantee! That means, after our FREE diagnosis, if we work on your iPhone or your PC/Laptop/Mac and determine the issue cannot be repaired, we will charge you nothing. Whether we work on it for 10 minutes or hours, you pay nothing unless we repair your device. Our flat fee labor ensures you are never shocked by a sky-high bill. You know EXACTLY what it will cost to complete the repair before we proceed.
